Make Your Mark: An Earth Day-Inspired Youth Media Workshop

Join us for a FREE hands-on Earth Day media workshop designed for young creators in grades K–12! Tied to this year's Earth Day theme, Our Power, Our Planet, participants will explore how media shapes environmental stories, then use those skills to create something powerful of their own.
Sessions:
Elementary Session (Grades K–5) 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Young learners will work together to create a collaborative Earth Day comic
Middle & High Session (Grades 6–12) 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Students will build a real media campaign — video PSA script, storyboard, and campaign poster.

No cost to attend, this workshop is completely free. Limited to 12 participants per session. Registration closes Friday, April 17, 2026. Sessions are subject to combination based on registration. Registered participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
